The Problem: When I was working out on my own my workouts lacked Intensity and typically consisted of the same lack of exercises. I was not satisfied with how I felt about myself - I felt soft and had no energy.
The Solution: Alex Introduced me to proper exercise mechanics and movements that helped me get visible results while staying injury-free, despite me having pre-existing spondylolisthesis and a meniscus tear in my right knee.
The Results: Overall, I look better, feel better, and have crazy amounts of energy that were not there when I started. I'm more motivated now to keep pushing to new levels than when I started.

The Problem: In the last 5 years I had started change shape - and not in the right way. I wanted to get back in shape, at least enough that I would reduce the random aches and pains that creep up as we get older, and I wanted a plan that would keep me healthy through my next 40 years. I've lost 13 pounds in 6 months while building lean muscle and I'm beating personal records for lifts like squats and chest press. My wife also trains with Alex and we compare notes and he really does tailor the workouts to each of our needs and goals.
